deeper understanding of the scope of various construction strategies
/ methodologies / workmanship / material control procedures etc., and
the activity wise Field inspections / Laboratory & Material
testing’s that are being followed in an international corporate world
that are needed to convert the specifications and drawings of
owner/client into concrete realities complying all the customer
requirements there by giving full customer satisfaction.
Now a days number of engineers taking irrelevant
knowledge ( false confidence ) from a contractor (mestri) at the site
there by destroying their beautiful careers which will not allow them to
enter into big construction companies / fly abroad nor they are being
selected in the interviews and are not eligible to demand high salaries.
